-Visuals- 7/10
Not too impressive. The designs in the game are great. The vehicles are well designed and the guns are all unique. The weakness is with the characters, as in they all look the same. The biggest weakness is in the cut scenes though. This is where character design flaws come into play. Every one has block style faces and their movements are choppy sometimes.
-Sound- 9/10
Exceptional music and sound effects. Every gun has it's own unique sound to it, almost to the point that you can tell what your enemies are shooting at you. The voice acting is passable. Some people sound like they were forced to talk, but it's not too bad.
-Game play- 9.3/10
This is a true FPS game. Plenty of weapons, plenty of random gas barrels, plenty of vehicles, and of course, a seemingly endless amount of enemies to teach a lesson to. While playing, you will find that hacking security terminals and hacking security robots will be your best friend. This game also allows for stealth to be used. Their are also going to be multiple paths to complete an objective, usually no more than three.
-Story- 8/10
You are Nathan Frost, a solider in the Liberty Coalition. This coalition is defending Hong Kong from a group known as the Republic which is led by a rogue Chinese general. You decide to risk you life to save another solider, and it doesn't turn out so well for you. You undergo surgery and become a nano- augmented solider. Guess what this means. You get to do all the grunt work now. You find out through a defecting Republic scientist, whom you rescue, that the Republic is building a giant EMP bomb called Project: Snowblind. Not bad for a game that focuses mainly on action. Just not all that unique.
-Overall- 8.5/10
A solid game worth the $10 I bought it for. It can be a bit frustrating at times but it quickly gives you someone to take it out on. Plenty of guns, vehicles and dumb enemies make this an enjoyable FPS game.
