-Visuals- 8.1/10
So...this is a PS3 game...and Uncharted 2 was a PS3 game...and Assassin's Creed II were PS3 games...really? Because the difference in graphics between this game and those games is pretty stunning, and not in a good way. Now, don't get me wrong, from a distance the graphics look pretty darn good. It's just up close you realize everything appears as if you were looking through a slightly distorted, slightly smoky glass. The colors are muted, the lines are jagged, screen tear is evident and up close things flat out often look petty pixelated and bad. But, perhaps it's just me, everyone else seems to praise this game <--- a recurring theme throughout my review, be forewarned. Seriously, I thought at first it looked pretty good, less than an hour into it I was flabbergasted by how bad I thought the graphics were compared to games in a similar vein and by 12 hours into it I found it to be very disappointing visually. The only saving point was the city itself, and even then once you get up close the buildings, awnings, signs, doors, etc are all very jagged looking with very little true attention to detail.

-Sound- 8.0/10
Well...it had sound....I guess while I cannot reward sound I barely remember I also cannot criticize it overly much. I have said before it's not important for a soundtrack to be a sweeping masterpiece and that often it's more important that the sound does not detract from the game, having said that I would like to at least remember the sound a little, lol.
